About The Position
Receive, check, store and issue a variety of materials while maintaining inventory control. Maintain a positive attitude in a high stress environment. Load, unload and deliver a variety of materials to various locations throughout the facility. Use computer hardware/software to maintain inventory, enter and retrieve data and other computer input requirements. Handle, maintain inventory, shelf-life material and time and temperature sensitive materials as well as chemicals. Lift various heavy items safely and as a team when necessary. Follow military and aerospace regulation requirements. Check, prepare, process and file a variety of paperwork pertaining to tasks. Use assorted measuring and weight recording devices. Assist fellow employees in performing duties. Improve processes and solve problems with the team of coworkers. Keep equipment and surrounding areas neat and clean. Safely operate a forklift and pallet jack as necessary. Perform all related duties as required within the scope of this job function.
