About The Position

The Receiving Associate at USESI is responsible for managing the receipt and inspection of materials in the warehouse, ensuring accuracy and adherence to safety protocols. This role involves maintaining an organized work environment and supporting various warehouse duties as needed. The position operates on a full-time schedule from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with potential overtime.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to safely lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods
• Experience operating reach truck and sit-down forklift
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to meet or exceed company productivity standards
• Team player with good communication skills

Responsibilities

• Maintains a clean and organized work environment
• Follows all safety protocols and Standard Operating Procedures
• Receives and inspects materials for accuracy and damage using Vendor Packing Lists & Purchase Orders
• Accurately and efficiently puts away materials according to dating priority, system assignment, and Standard Operating Procedures
• Resolves receiving, putaway, and process exceptions per Standard Operating Procedures
• Assists with other warehouse duties as assigned
