About The Position

Ecolab is seeking a Logistics Associate I to join our team in High Point, NC. As a Logistics Associate I, you'll help deliver the products that support clean water, safe food, and healthy environments around the world. You'll play a key role in supporting shipping, receiving, inventory, and warehouse operations. You'll ensure customer orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time. This is a hands-on opportunity to grow your skills in a fast-paced setting while contributing to a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • No immigration sponsorship offered for this role

Nice To Haves

  • Previous plant or warehouse experience
  • Previous forklift operating experience
  • Experience using Raymond-Brand stand-up forklifts
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • Experience working independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

  • Load and unload trucks, sort, and match inbound inventory with purchase orders.
  • Stage and label completed orders accurately for put away
  • Operate material handling equipment such as manual and electric pallet jacks and reach truck.
  • Verify product quantities, labeling, and packaging quality against packing lists and SAP records
  • Inspect packaging and contents for damage or quality issues
  • Completes assigned work in the standard time allowed
  • Stores parts, equipment, etc. in their designated locations
  • Maintain location and inventory accuracy
  • Identify and report quantity discrepancies to the Supervisor or Lead
  • Maintain a clean and organized area using 5S principles
  • Support inventory control by updating databases and participating in cycle counts
  • Perform housekeeping tasks within area
  • Perform daily fork truck inspections
  • Follow all warehouse safety procedures and policies
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support logistics and warehouse operations
  • Wears and uses all safety equipment provided and follows all safety procedures
