About The Position

We're in search of a Receiving and Shipping Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this versatile role, you'll oversee the precise and prompt movement of goods across our network, ensuring precision and fostering seamless communication between departments and stores.

Requirements

• Preferably 1+ year of experience in shipping and receiving
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Outlook and Excel
• Exceptional attention to detail, adept multitasking skills, and strong problem-solving abilities
• Outstanding communication skills and a customer-centric approach
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
• Reliability, adaptability, and a demonstrated history of ensuring timely order fulfillment.

Responsibilities

• Receiving incoming shipments and accurately documenting them in various systems
• Preparing customer orders for shipment and liaising with couriers for timely delivery
• Managing returns, fulfilling special requests, and maintaining comprehensive documentation of completed tasks
• Addressing exceptions and errors promptly and efficiently
• Providing support to other departments as required
