Starting Pay: $19.00 per hour, with annual increases per union contract guidelines Position Summary In this position, you will safely operate power equipment to transport pallets from the warehouse receiving dock to proper warehouse destinations. Power Equipment machinery: including but not limited to a TSP/Hyracker, Cherrypicker (order-picker), freight runner, reach truck. In this position, you will be required to wear a harness while reaching heights up to 30 feet. Requires transporting of pallets to a staging area for pallet put-a-way, transporting straight to pick (S2P)pallets to the MOD, moving cardboard bales, empty totes and trash dumpsters to appropriate locations. Includes placing pallets of totes, overflow pallets, Replenishment pallets, Chase pallets and other things up to the MOD gates.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to read, write, and count accurately.
• Good written & verbal communication skills
• Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and professionally.
• Must willing to become certified on all equipment needed to complete job task (we will certify in-house)
• Ability to work overtime.
• Must be willing to lift 30-50 lbs solo, up to 75 lbs occasionally on a team lift.
• Previous warehouse experience
