Requirements
- A minimum of 3 months previous warehousing experience required
- Able to read & write legibly
- Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide)
- Good verbal communication skills
- Basic computer skills

- Previous comparable warehouse experience
Responsibilities
- Check inbound product against receiving paperwork to insure that product matches order in quantity and pack size, and labels the product accordingly.
- Ensure product condition meets acceptable government and company requirements.
- Maintain accurate inventory records.
- Make sure that the customer is receiving the correct, high quality product.
- Check inbound product identification against invoices and receiving paperwork to insure correct pack/size, quantity, product quality and temperature, pallet ti/hi, etc.
- Check temperature of all inbound frozen and refrigerated products to ensure proper temperatures and comply with U.S. Food safety and RRE requirements.
- Check the cleanliness of the trailers before they are unloaded.
- Verify quantity of each product to insure physical count agrees with shipping and receiving documentation; report any variances so that inventory levels are accurately adjusted in system.
- Apply labels to all incoming product to identify that product in the warehouse for stocking, selection and inventory tracking.
- Complete required paperwork for daily receiving, as per U.S. Foodservice, USDA and SOX requirements; sign and date to authenticate products received are placed into inventory.
