Receiver I Yard/Warehouse
About The Position
Under direct supervision, handles daily receipt of merchandise received from vendor trucks by performing the following duties. Examines shipment for defects and shortages against receiving documents. Records factors causing goods to be returned. Unloads and moves incoming shipments to storage. Forwards approved receiving documents to appropriate department for processing. Works in different workstations as production needs require. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
