About The Position
The Department of Recreational Sports is currently looking for Lake Wauburg Challenge/Ropes Course Facilitator to join our energetic team and move Gators toward lifelong wellbeing. Lake Wauburg Challenge Course Facilitators serve RecSports participants by fostering experiential teambuilding experiences for groups that are used to promote, enhance, and support the development of healthy group relationships. Facilitators lead groups through in-person team-building programs (on and off-site), and low and high ropes courses at Lake Wauburg South Shore. Successful candidates will begin work at the start of Fall 2025.
