About The Position

As a Residential Reconstruction Project Manager at Romexterra Restoration, you will oversee the timely and budget-conscious completion of home reconstruction projects. This role involves extensive communication with various stakeholders to ensure project success, adherence to safety regulations, and continuous improvement in project management practices.

Requirements

• A working knowledge of residential construction including drywall, insulation, flooring, electric, HVAC, plumbing, and/or other related topics (2+ years experience).
• Experience managing multiple projects at once.
• Project management experience.
• Xactimate experience is a plus.
• IICRC certifications are a plus.
• Excellent communication skills with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and team members.
• Effective communication skills via phone calls, messaging platforms, and other digital tools.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with a drive to achieve targets.
• Working knowledge of industry safety regulations (OSHA 10-Hour Construction Safety card preferred, but not required).
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage and complete multiple home reconstruction projects on time and within budget.
• Maintain excellent communication with crews and the office regarding any changes or delays.
• Stay in touch with clients, insurance agents, and the team to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Track project status, identify risks, and implement proactive countermeasures.
• Continuously improve project management processes to enhance company performance.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring profitability.
