About The Position

Job Description: - Reassemble vehicles to pre-accident condition meeting OEM requirements - Perform quality control checks - Perform test drives and system function checks - Fit sheet metal and other new parts - Install mechanical parts such as radiators and condensers - Help in disassembly and repair departments as workflow permits Requirements: - Must have a valid drivers license with a clean driving record - Must be able to lift, squat, kneel, bend and manage parts in excess of 50 pounds - Ability to pass a drug test and background check - Must be dependable, maintain a clean and organized environment, be a team player while paying attention to detail and maintaining a positive attitude Benefits: - 100% paid Employee BCBS Health Insurance - 100% paid Employee Dental Insurance - Paid holidays and time off - 401k Retirement offered with up to 4% match - All tools are provided - Necessary training and certifications provided and paid for by the company - Team environment in a small, family-owned company - Opportunities for growth within the company Pay: Pay is an hourly rate that is based on experience. We love hiring technicians with experience but we are also excited to help grow some technicians coming into the industry. Requirements
