Rear Load Residential Driver
About The Position
We are seeking a Rear Load Residential CDL Driver to safely service residential neighborhoods and ensure dependable waste collection for our customers. This is a local, home-daily position with stable year‑round work. As a Residential Driver, you will: Safely operate a rear load residential garbage truck on assigned routes Read and follow route sheets and dispatch directions Collect and load residential waste into the rear load truck Perform pre‑ and post‑trip inspections (fluids, tires, safety equipment) Provide courteous and professional customer service Assist with other related duties as needed
Requirements
- Valid Class A or B CDL
- No restrictions (must be able to drive manual and automatic trucks)
- Clean driving record
- 2+ years of local route driving preferred
- Strong commitment to safety and customer service
- Ability to work in outdoor conditions and handle physical tasks
