About The Position

As a Realty Project Coach, you will join Walmart US's Realty Execution team, taking ownership of delivering store remodels, new stores, and special projects across the US. Your primary responsibility is to ensure these projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet high-quality standards. You will partner with store team leads to supervise hourly team members, manage escalations, and collaborate with store leadership to maintain project progress. This role involves frequent travel across the US. This role offers the opportunity to influence others by motivating teams, encouraging collaboration, and resolving concerns among store leadership, suppliers, and associates. You will own the execution of projects in assigned stores, communicating plans, changes, and obstacles to stakeholders while minimizing impact on store operations. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing associates through supervision, training, mentoring, providing recognition, and identifying career paths.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field and 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area OR 3 years of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of construction remodels, project management, space management, and/or store design.
  • Experience with leading people, projects, initiatives, or leading cross-functional teams.
  • Frequent travel up to 1000 miles from home (80% of the time, or for 17-21 days at a time).
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (for example, Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.).

  • Project Management - Management Professional Certification.
