Requirements

• Currently Licensed as a real estate agent in South Carolina
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills
• Technology-driven
• Self-motivated and able to perform tasks independently
• Organized and manages time effectively
• Excellent selling and negotiation skills.
• Willing to learn and practice new sales skills.
• Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.
• Exceptional communicator, able to adapt your communication style to meet your client's needs.
• Highly motivated and target driven, with a proven track record in sales or of meeting ambitious goals.
• South Carolina Real Estate License

• Past sales experience is preferred

Responsibilities

• The consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline
• Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process
• Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home
• Prospect for new leads to promote new business
• Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhoo
