About The Position

We are the Original Cookie Delivery Company and make the best cookies in the state of Utah! We are hiring a new Real Salt Lake Event Staff Team Member. Come join our young fun start-up as a Bakery Team Member and go home smelling like cookies!! This is a part-time/fulltime position working 4-5 days a week. Must be able to work EVERY Real Salt Lake game during the Season, No call-outs, or shift Changes 18 years of age or older Strong Customer service skills Great attitude and self starter Coachable Dough making experience isn't required but greatly appreciated Great salesmanship Open Schedule for games and store shifts REMINDER: This is an in store position that is also part of a team that works every Real Salt Lake game during the season. Callouts, Time off, Sick days, are not allowed during game days.
Requirements
- 18 years of age or older
- Strong Customer service skills
- Great attitude and self starter
- Coachable
- Great salesmanship
- Open Schedule for games and store shifts
- Must be able to work EVERY Real Salt Lake game during the Season, No call-outs, or shift Changes
Nice To Haves
- Dough making experience isn't required but greatly appreciated

- $12.00 hour Base Pay + Tips
