About The Position
The Chief Real Estate Appraiser for Pima County's Real Property Services Department is responsible for overseeing the appraisal, appraisal review, and consultation for the acquisition and disposition of real property and property rights. This role requires a strong background in real estate appraisal and management, as well as the ability to manage appraisal contractors and staff. The position is exempt from the Merit System Rules and offers a competitive salary based on experience.
