As a Real Estate Valuation Manager Senior within PNC's Real Estate Valuation organization, you will be remote. Job Description Performs the function of the operations manager for Real Estate Valuation Services in accordance with PNC real Estate Appraisal Policy/Procedures, Federal appraisal regulations and USPAP. Oversees the administration of the appraisal process; Work with senior leadership to manage the valuation procurement and review process; Provide technical assistance regarding appraisal procedures, appraisal theory and methodology. Oversees the implementation of the Appraisal Policy and Procedures consistent with Federal regulations; Serves as liaison with the Commercial LOBs, OCC and Audit regarding valuation issues; Manage special projects. Acts as the interface between the Bank and the independent appraiser to resolve issues with real estate appraisals; Authorizes changes to an appraiser's approval status for the Commercial Approved Appraiser List.
