As a Real Estate Valuation Manager Senior within PNC's Real Estate Valuation organization, you will be remote. This position may be eligible for remote work in selected geographic locations, subject to approval by PNC. If approved, work must be conducted from a quiet, secure, and confidential home-based workspace. Occasional in-office participation may be required based on business needs. Job Description Performs the function of the operations manager for Real Estate Valuation Services in accordance with PNC real Estate Appraisal Policy/Procedures, Federal appraisal regulations and USPAP. Oversees the administration of the appraisal process; Work with senior leadership to manage the valuation procurement and review process; Provide technical assistance regarding appraisal procedures, appraisal theory and methodology. Oversees the implementation of the Appraisal Policy and Procedures consistent with Federal regulations; Serves as liaison with the Commercial LOBs, OCC and Audit regarding valuation issues; Manage special projects. Acts as the interface between the Bank and the independent appraiser to resolve issues with real estate appraisals; Authorizes changes to an appraiser's approval status for the Commercial Approved Appraiser List. Requirements

  • Successful candidates must demonstrate appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities for a role.
  • Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree.
  • Industry-relevant experience is typically 8+ years.
  • At least 5 years of prior management experience is typically required.
  • Proven leadership experience with a moderate to large scope of responsibility is required.
  • In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
