About The Position

SSL Law Firm LLP, a highly rated boutique real estate law firm, is seeking an experienced real estate attorney with a minimum of 5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions and leasing matters. This role offers the opportunity to work with a broad range of clients including developers, landlords, tenants, technology companies and institutional investors.

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing transactional real estate law at a law firm
• Strong drafting, organizational, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple matters with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and client service skills

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate real estate transaction documents, including:
• Purchase and sale agreements
• Commercial leases (office, retail, and industrial)
• Conduct and manage due diligence for purchase and sales transactions.
• Assist with the coordination and management of closings.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners on complex real estate transactions
