About The Position

Parker Poe is seeking an Associate with 5+ years of commercial real estate experience to join their Real Estate & Commercial Development Practice Group in Charlotte, North Carolina or Atlanta, Georgia. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial real estate acquisition, development, financing, leasing and disposition, including drafting and negotiating complex purchase and sale agreements, easement agreements, and declarations of restrictive covenants and negotiating loan documents for construction and permanent financing. Candidates must be licensed in North Carolina, have strong academic credentials, and possess excellent communication skills. Prior experience in a sophisticated law firm practice is preferred.
