The Mercy Lugo-Struthers Team, one of Northern Virginia’s top-ranked real estate teams, is looking for a skilled Transaction Coordinator to manage both listing and buyer transactions from contract to close. As our Transaction Coordinator, you’ll be the backbone of our operations—supporting agents and clients throughout the listing and buyer process. From preparing listings to monitoring contract deadlines, you’ll ensure every detail is handled with precision while providing exceptional client care.
