Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Real Estate Transaction Coordinator or in a similar real estate administrative role.
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal).
  • Strong understanding of real estate contracts, addendums, disclosures, and transaction processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex information to clients and stakeholders.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation and transaction management.
  • Comfortable using real estate software and platforms (e.g., Transaction Desk, DocuSign, Monday.com, Excel, MLS systems, etc.).

Nice To Haves

  • Real estate license preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the end-to-end process of real estate transactions, ensuring all documents are accurate and completed on time.
  • Review, prepare, and track real estate contracts, addendum's, and disclosures, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
  • Serve as the point of contact for clients, agents, and other parties involved throughout the transaction process, providing timely updates and addressing any issues or concerns.
  • Schedule and coordinate inspections, appraisals, closings, and other necessary appointments to ensure smooth transaction flow.
  • Maintain accurate records of all transaction documents, ensuring they are properly filed and easily accessible for all parties.
  • Address any issues that arise during the transaction process, working with all parties involved to find effective solutions.
  • Provide bilingual support in both English and Spanish, facilitating smooth communication between English- Spanish and non-English- Spanish speaking clients.
