About The Position

We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Real Estate Agent to run a Real Estate Team under the MiReloTeam umbrella. As a Real Estate Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading, training, and ensuring accountability of your team members, as well as managing the day-to-day operations of your team. This role includes facilitating the purchase, sale, and rental of properties while providing exceptional customer service and assisting in the growth of your team.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or similar role
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and properties simultaneously
• Knowledge of real estate law and regulations
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Familiarity with property market trends and pricing strategies
• Bilingual proficiency is a plus

Responsibilities

• Advising Team Members in the marketing and advertisement of properties to attract potential buyers/sellers
• Assist Team Members in the process of selling their home
• Advise Team Members on negotiating contracts and terms of sale
• Advise Team Members on how to conduct proper open houses and showings to potential buyers
• Handle real estate administrative tasks such as paperwork and documentation
• Stay informed about real estate laws, regulations, and Fair Housing guidelines
• Communicate effectively with Team Members, clients, other agents, and industry professionals
