About The Position

The Part-Time Seasonal Real Estate Tax Processor is responsible for processing real estate tax payments during peak collection periods. This role focuses on accurately recording payments, issuing receipts, and supporting efficient tax collection operations.

Requirements

  • To perform this job successfully, the individual in this position must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the minimum knowledge, skills and ability required.
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

  • Process incoming real estate tax payments
  • Verify payment amounts for accuracy
  • Assist with opening, sorting, and distributing mail
  • Reconcile daily batches
