Requirements

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Department's Local Public Agency (LPA) program and real estate acquisition for connecting highways.
• Provide expert technical oversight and guidance to the Bureau of Project Development's Local Project Management section.
• Facilitate process reviews and identify training needs within the LPA program.
• Develop policies and procedures related to the LPA program.
• Manage state project real estate development, including estimating, appraisals, relocations, and negotiations.
• Coordinate with internal and external customers on state highway projects.
