About The Position
The Real Estate Project Manager - Site Acquisition ('PM-SAQ') will be involved with the administrative process from end-to-end for data center site acquisition, ensuring critical tasks are executed efficiently, on time, and according to internal processes. The PM-SAQ is expected to manage multiple aspects of a growing data center site acquisition & build program, including tracking outstanding due diligence and managing the lease administrative processes for data center site acquisition. The PM-SAQ must be able to create new processes and procedures while streamlining administrative tasks with little supervision. The PM-SAQ will also be involved in tracking and organizing documents and milestones needed to secure leases, acquire land or buildings. In addition, the PM-SAQ will coordinate with our internal Site Development, Product, and Legal teams. The REPM will manage ongoing projects for the real estate team and create or improve existing processes as needed. They will also assist the Legal, Finance and Insurance teams with due diligence, budgets, and insurance or bond-related requests as needed.
