ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Broker Referral Coordination & Document Review Identify and select brokers for Broker Market Analysis / listing opportunities, as well as destination new home purchase opportunities, referencing broker AREV profiles and SharePoint database, as appropriate. Review all listing agreements for compliance with client policy, nuances, and impact to both the customer and client. Review all buyer broker representation agreements (BBRAs) for policy, nuances, and impact to the customer and client. Assess broker compensation on listing agreements, on the buyer’s offer to purchase and on customer BBRAs in conjunction with client policy. Inventory Property Management Select broker to list inventory property, referencing broker AREV profiles and SharePoint database, as appropriate. Create marketing strategy to leverage property attributes. Create monthly reports as per client guidelines and nuances. Manage brokers and ensure coordination of service partners retained to repair, maintain, and improve property condition; e.g., utilities, inspections, pest control, HVAC. Ensure the accuracy of invoices submitted by brokers for services performed. Manage costs and expenses related to each assigned property. Perform or coordinate property visits as necessary. Represent each client’s and Altair’s interests during contract negotiations and in executing contracts. Maximize Broker/Lender Referral Opportunities Collaborate with Reporting Services, OpEx, Customer Experience, Client Partner Experience and other stakeholders, developing/refining reports and practices to maximize Altair’s broker referral opportunities Collaborate with Business Technology, OpEx, Customer Experience, Supplier Partner Experience and other stakeholders, driving process/system enhancements, leveraging automation and other efficiencies Monitor reports for compliance and address as needed; e.g., data integrity notifications, rejected referrals, broker and lender referral opportunities, etc. General Responsibilities Learn and understand clients’ relocation programs including all policies, processes, and practices. Document Altair systems as needed to ensure timely, accurate data management. Provide broker interaction feedback and market intelligence trends to Supplier Partner Experience, Customer Experience, Client Partner Experience and other stakeholders, as appropriate.
