As a Sales Manager, you're a producing sales leader, whose main responsibility is to build a world-class sales team of 20-35 real estate agents that 'wow' clients and consistently exceed Redfin sales targets. You will lead by example as a brand ambassador and customer advocate, spending approximately 5-15% of your time maintaining your own real estate sphere of influence and working with clients.
