Position Overview Real Estate Sales Executives are responsible for presenting and selling vacation ownership products to qualified guests. This role offers strong earning potential with all leads provided by the company—no cold calling or self-generated marketing required. Successful candidates demonstrate professionalism, strong communication skills, and an ability to build rapport with a diverse client base. Compensation & Benefits Compensation Target annual earnings of $90,000, with the opportunity for significantly higher income based on performance. Base pay of $16 per hour, plus bonuses as detailed in the compensation plan. No cold-calling or lead generation—all clients are provided by HGV. Relocation & Licensing Support Relocation Assistance available for qualified candidates relocating to the Big Island of Hawaii. Real Estate Licensing reimbursement and/or Sign‑On bonuses may be available to qualified Sales Executives. Workdays begin between 7:30 a.m. and 7:45 a.m. and conclude upon completion of client interactions. A two-week paid training program is provided. Upon completion of training, Team Members are assigned a four‑day rotating schedule based on business needs. Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of sales and customer service experience with shown ability to close sales.
  • Valid/Active Hawaii Real Estate License.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to resolve sophisticated customer service issues and adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to meet all compensation plan goals.
  • Proficiency in English (reading/writing/speaking).
  • High School diploma or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in the sale or marketing of similar luxury goods or services, or previous experience selling branded Timeshare or Vacation Ownership products.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential owners and present luxury vacation products, providing them an avenue to build future vacation memories.
  • Promote a positive team environment and implement HGV core values and policies.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients and provide follow up to ensure customer happiness.
  • Collaborate closely with Quality Assurance Managers to resolve guest related issues as they arise.
  • Attend sales trainings and meetings for key updates on our company products.
  • Generate referral leads with each new customer.
