Position Overview Real Estate Sales Executives are responsible for presenting and selling vacation ownership products to qualified guests. This role offers strong earning potential with all leads provided by the company—no cold calling or self-generated marketing required. Successful candidates demonstrate professionalism, strong communication skills, and an ability to build rapport with a diverse client base. Compensation & Benefits Compensation Target annual earnings of $110,000 , with the opportunity for significantly higher income based on performance. Base pay of $16 per hour , plus bonuses as detailed in the compensation plan. No cold-calling or lead generation —all clients are provided by HGV. Licensing Support Eligible Sales Executives may qualify for Real Estate Licensing reimbursement and/or sign-on bonuses . Individuals not currently licensed in Hawaii may receive discounted pre-licensing education and licensing reimbursement to support the path toward certification. Workdays begin between 7:30 a.m. and 7:45 a.m. and conclude upon completion of client interactions. A two-week paid training program is provided. Upon completion of training, Team Members are assigned a four‑day rotating schedule based on business needs.
