About The Position

The Real Estate Sales Executive’s main responsibility is to sell the luxury homes and homesites at WindRiver Lakefront & Golf Community. This position primarily handles all aspects of the Real Estate Sales division of WindRiver Properties LLC. WindRiver, near Knoxville, TN, offers homesites and homes in our remarkable 700-acre residential resort, located on Tellico Lake. Buyers get to enjoy the region’s best amenities and lifestyle benefits, including WindRiver’s Country Club, gated entry, golf, dining, hospitality, sports club, pool, marina, natural parks and trails, special events, and more. WindRiver sells lots and homesites priced from the mid 200,000’s to over $2,700,000. New homes and existing homes can be purchased starting from the $1,000,000 to over $4,200,000. The Real Estate Sales Executives enjoy uncapped earning potential with top industry commissions, bonus structure and an awards program. The Real Estate Sales Executive reports to the Director of Sales.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in related field (preferred).
  • 3 years Real Estate experience (required).
  • Tennessee Real Estate license required, or ability to obtain one in 60 days (required).
  • Previous onsite Master-planned Golf Community Experience (Required).
  • Must have proven success with luxury and high-end products and services along with a top producing sales record, competitive spirit, and drive to succeed
  • Must be able to work at WindRiver Sales office, including as-assigned weekend shifts
  • Availability required for accommodating weekend, holiday, and evening responsibilities
  • Ability to travel as needed
  • Demonstrated positive interpersonal and communication skills, including in-person, phone, and written forms
  • Work collaboratively with WindRiver Department managers and Executive Team
  • Ability to analyze and solve problems; efficiently handle multiple duties under pressure and with minimum supervision
  • Professional demeanor and appearance
  • Must be able to bend, stoop, climb, twist, climb stairs, kneel, lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50lbs.
  • Must be comfortable visiting homesites and working in an office setting for up to 8+ hours a day.

Responsibilities

  • Receive leads from WindRiver’s marketing team and create relationships with prospective buyers
  • Drive sales of new homes, to-be-built opportunities, and custom home programs by guiding buyers through the construction process, coordinating with approved builders, and overseeing the transaction from contract to completion.
  • Acquire home listings, schedule photography, prepare listing paperwork and input MLS information
  • Tour both scheduled and walk-in Guests around the property to sell the homes and homesites
  • Schedule and execute home showings for prospective buyers
  • Provide individual outreach to create Agent’s own leads, including the Knoxville area businesses and brokerage community
  • Maintain up-to-date and working knowledge of available WindRiver homes and homesites
  • Retain accurate knowledge of pricing for homes, homesites, HOA fees, and Club Memberships
  • Create innovative ways to highlight the amenities and properties that will generate interest for prospective buyers
  • Work daily with the Real Estate and Marketing teams to obtain new leads and communicate with current prospects and buyers
  • Works with the Closing Coordinator to organize closing dates for buyers
  • Request reviews from Guests for each listing
  • Participate in and attend WindRiver events and social happenings
