About The Position

Real Estate Sales Executives are responsible for presenting and selling vacation ownership products to qualified guests. This role offers strong earning potential with all leads provided by the company—no cold calling or self-generated marketing required. Successful candidates demonstrate professionalism, strong communication skills, and an ability to build rapport with a diverse client base.

Requirements

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Customer service or sales experience preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of professionalism
Must be able to obtain or maintain a Hawaii Real Estate License (licensing support available)

Benefits

Target annual earnings of $90,000, with the opportunity for significantly higher income based on performance.
Base pay of $16 per hour, plus bonuses as detailed in the compensation plan.
No cold-calling or lead generation—all clients are provided by HGV.
Relocation Assistance available for qualified candidates relocating to the Big Island of Hawaii.
Real Estate Licensing reimbursement and/or Sign‑On bonuses may be available to qualified Sales Executives.
