About The Position
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Buyer's Agent who will be given leads from our own proprietary source. These leads have closing ratios of 20-40% and come qualified. A significant number of leads are over the $1 million dollar mark. We will need to see experience in this price point or near it. All contract-to-close activities are handled for you, and all lead generation is done by the team. All you need to do is show and close! This position offers a unique opportunity to work with a supportive team that prioritizes your success and provides you with the tools necessary to excel in the real estate market. As a Buyer's Agent, you will play a crucial role in guiding clients through the home buying process, ensuring they have a seamless experience from start to finish. You will act as the intermediary between the client and the listing agent, facilitating smooth transactions and helping clients navigate budgeting and mortgage options. Your expertise in the local real estate market and recent trends will be invaluable in providing clients with the best possible advice and support.
