Weitzman is currently seeking a Sales Associate to join its corporate office located in the Uptown area of Dallas. This position is crucial for performing all leasing activities and developing strong networks and relationships with tenants, brokers, and property owners across the market. The Sales Associate will be responsible for identifying potential tenants and ensuring successful lease transactions within the assigned portfolio. In this role, the Sales Associate will source new tenants, negotiate lease terms, analyze market conditions, and close lease transactions. Establishing and maintaining relationships with tenants and industry professionals is key, as is conducting market surveys and cold calls to generate leads. The Sales Associate will also develop and send marketing packages and materials to potential tenants, requiring a thorough understanding of demographics, traffic patterns, and market trends. Knowledge of competing shopping centers and rental rates is essential to provide clients with accurate and competitive information. Additionally, the Sales Associate will provide leadership and guidance to less experienced team members, ensuring a collaborative and productive work environment. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business or Real Estate, and hold a Texas Real Estate License.
