About The Position
The Real Estate Project Manager for Affordable Housing is responsible for overseeing the planning, administration, and management of real estate projects, particularly in the affordable housing sector. This role involves coordinating with property management teams, outside consultants, and vendors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing multifamily property development and renovation projects, particularly those involving LIHTC and HUD Section 8 programs.
