About The Position
Howard Hanna’s title company, Barristers of Virginia, is seeking a Real Estate Processor to cover the Virginia Beach//Norfolk market. Ideal candidate must have working experience in real estate title work and knowledge of the closing process. Strong customer service and computer skills are required. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment is essential.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Must have previous Title experience
- Candidate must possess strong customer service skills
Nice To Haves
- Associate’s Degree preferred
Responsibilities
- Examine and clear requirements on title commitments and lender closing instructions.
- Communicate with realtors, lenders and customers to timely and efficiently close transactions.
- Prepare closing and settlement documents including Closing Disclosures and Settlement Statements.
- Solve problems and offer solutions on files to assure closing within required timeframe.
