The primary role of the Real Estate Process Manager is to oversee the development and manage the overall process of new PDS Health (PDS) offices from letter of intent execution to premises delivery, including the management of all internal and external Real Estate related communication, to ensure new offices open on time.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college in Finance, Real Estate, Business or other related areas.
  • In lieu of degree, +2 years of related work experience is required.
  • 3-5 years of related experience is required.
  • Willing to travel 20% of the time.

  • Experience in dental or retail industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage 20-30 projects in various phases in various locations at any given time.
  • Prepare and distribute new office announcement e-mails to internal departments, detailing all relevant site specific information.
  • Manage and respond to questions and requests from other departments (Construction, Architecture, De Novo, Accounting, Risk, etc.) throughout the development process.
  • Create Project Plans/Task Lists to document and oversee the completion of all internal milestones and metrics to ensure projected office opening dates are met.
  • Communicate directly with landlords and their project management teams to obtain construction plans and updates to maintain alignment between PDS internal departments and Landlords' development/delivery progress.
  • Coordinate with third party vendors and local governing jurisdictions (cities, counties, homeowner's associations, etc.) to ensure all third party approvals regarding use and signage are obtained for the office.
  • Create and maintain all entries on the PDS Deal Log with the utmost accuracy.
  • Manage the ongoing enhancement of the PDS Deal Log system as chief system designer in collaboration with PDS developers/IT.
  • Perform site analytics and prepare Site Submittal Packages prior to lease execution for senior management and executive team approval.
  • Prepare Lease abstract reports to assist Real Estate Managers with assessing lease renewals and potential relocations.
  • Identify and mitigate risk in connection with the PDS corporate planning cycle.
  • Prepare ad-hoc reports as requested from internal departments, senior management, and executive team.
  • Other duties may be assigned by management.
