About The Position

Reporting to the Legal and Facilities Departments, the Real Estate Portfolio Manager will oversee and be responsible for the day to day management and leasing efforts of Rady Children's real estate. This position is responsible for implementing financial, operational, and leasing initiatives in accordance with policies and budgets. The Real Estate Portfolio Manager acts as the principal negotiator with varying entities, brokers, tenants, and other various vendor contracts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 7 Years of Experience
  • Financial analysis of various real estate transactions including fair market value, net present value, buy versus rent, and rate of return.
  • Ten or more years of experience in commercial real estate management, leasing, sales, or asset management.
  • Principles, methods, practices and techniques involved in real estate development, purchase, sales, leasing and strategic asset management.
  • Highly developed negotiation skills.
  • Understand, interpret, explain and apply laws, regulations, ordinances, and policies applicable to complex real estate transactions.

Nice To Haves

  • California Real Estate License
  • Real Estate Broker License
  • CCIM designation.
  • Familiarity with COSTAR.
