About The Position

NVIDIA is seeking a diligent Real Estate Portfolio Analyst to join their finance team. Requirements

• BA or BS in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in Finance / Accounts Payable teams.
• Ability to solve problems and effectively prioritize one's workload to meet multiple deadlines for global portfolio.
• Skilled in financial systems, reporting, and tools - Tableau, SAP, intermediate to advanced Excel.
• Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Lease Harbor software platform.
• Relevant work experience in real estate, property accounting, or accounts payable accounting in the real estate industry.
• Understanding of lease accounting standards (ASC 842) and the correlations and impacts related to lease reviews and abstractions.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the approval and execution of lease documents.
• Handle end-to-end processing of landlord billings, including vendor onboarding, banking updates, invoice processing, and tracking of past dues.
• Reconcile and review landlord statements to identify and address any payment issues.
• Prepare export files for management review and accounts payable processing.
• Prepare and distribute periodic and ad hoc reports in a timely, accurate manner.
