About The Position
ListerPros is a leading real estate media and marketing company based in Phoenix, AZ, seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Real Estate Photographer. This position is ideal for someone who is interested in a part-time role that can vary significantly in hours from week to week, sometimes offering as few as 0 hours and other times being quite busy. The primary responsibility of this role is to photograph residential and commercial properties, providing high-quality images that showcase the best features of each property. As a media specialist, you will be required to drive to various locations, utilizing provided photography equipment to capture stunning images. You will also have the opportunity to learn and develop skills in photography, 3D imaging, and videography techniques specifically tailored for the real estate market. While no prior photography experience is necessary, a willingness to learn and a positive attitude are essential. We will provide comprehensive training to ensure you are well-equipped to perform your duties effectively. In addition to photography, you will be expected to pass the Part 107 FAA drone test for commercial drone application within 90 days of employment. This role requires excellent customer service skills, as you will be interacting with clients and ensuring their needs are met during the photography sessions. You will be working primarily in Central and West Phoenix, so living in or near these areas is preferred. The position offers a starting pay of $16 per hour, with mileage compensation at $0.30 per mile for travel. All necessary equipment will be provided by ListerPros, including a work phone, so you will not need to use your personal equipment for job-related tasks.
