A law firm with a strong national and global presence is seeking to add an experienced Paralegal to its Real Estate & Transactional Finance Practice Group. Position Overview The firm is looking for a Real Estate & Transactional Finance Paralegal to support Principals and Associates in a fast-paced, high-profile practice. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with commercial real estate and transactional finance matters and be comfortable interacting directly with attorneys and clients.
Requirements
- Prior large or mid-size law firm experience strongly preferred
- Demonstrated experience in Real Estate and/or Transactional Finance
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and judgment
Nice To Haves
- Bachelorâs degree (experience in lieu of degree considered)
- Paralegal certificate
- Experience with document management systems (NetDocuments a plus)
- Experience with SimplyAgree or similar closing/signature platforms
Responsibilities
- Support attorneys on commercial real estate and transactional finance matters
- Draft, review, and revise transaction documents
- Assist with loan documents, title and survey review, and loan closings
- Review closing documents for accuracy and completeness
- Manage post-closing matters, including document delivery, recording confirmation, and collection of outstanding items
- Coordinate with attorneys, clients, and third-party professionals
- Maintain organization and accuracy in a high-pressure environment
