About The Position

A Real Estate Paralegal in Arizona provides specialized legal support to attorneys, escrow officers, and real estate professionals throughout commercial and residential property transactions. This role is responsible for drafting and reviewing real estate documents, conducting title and property research, assisting with closings, and ensuring compliance with state, federal, and local real estate laws. They coordinate communications among clients, attorneys, lenders, title companies, and other transaction participants to maintain accuracy, deadlines, and smooth progression of all real estate processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in paralegal studies or a related field, or a paralegal certificate from an ABA‑approved program
  • 2+ years of experience as a real estate paralegal in a law firm or corporate legal department
  • Experience with commercial and multi‑state real estate transactions, including title and survey review
