About The Position
A growing law firm located near Cheektowaga, NY is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Real Estate Paralegal to join their team! In this role, you`ll help ensure smooth transactions from contract to closing while keeping clients and all parties informed every step of the way. Responsibilities
- Handle real estate purchase, sale, and bank files from contract to closing
- Communicate with clients, realtors, lenders, and insurance agents
- Prepare and review contracts, deeds, mortgages, and other closing documents
- Conduct title searches, review title commitments, and help resolve title issues
- Attend closings in Erie and Niagara counties
