Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Drive, Google Calendar, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Canva, and CapCut.
• Experience with MLS, KV Core, and Remine is helpful.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Event planning experience.
• Ability to work as part of a team and perform tasks with minimal supervision.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in digital marketing and marketing automation.
• Familiarity with video editing and content creation.

Responsibilities

• Input property listings into the MLS, edit and organize photos, and write enticing descriptions.
• Download reports and manage data.
• Follow a weekly routine of marketing activities.
• Create listing marketing materials and manage templates.
• Create weekly Open House Fliers & Graphics.
• Create Monthly Client Newsletter and Postcards.
• Maintain Website and Social Media Channel Content.
• Video editing using CapCut.
• Post videos with SEO friendly descriptions, tags, and thumbnails to YouTube.
• Maintain Staging Furniture Inventory List and assist with staging installations.
• Coordinate client events.
