Requirements

• Over 3 years as an actively practicing licensed real estate agent.
• Must have a managing broker's license.
• The management and leadership skills to successfully guide a team of high-performing real estate agents.
• Strong understanding of the real estate industry and all state and national Fair Housing and real-estate laws to ensure compliance.
• Superb customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with marketing materials for agents and creative online and social media promotion to increase real estate sales.
• Create training materials for new real estate agents and provide training to ensure their performance aligns with our brokerage's standards.
• Ensure the brokerage and agents are adhering to all company policies and procedures and abiding by all state and national Fair Housing and real-estate laws.
• Manage all aspects of the brokerage including the company's MLS listings and overseeing all real estate transactions the agents are involved in.
• Work with the leadership team on retention programs to ensure that our top real estate sales agents remain with our brokerage.
