About The Position

This position exists to serve priesthood leaders by providing facilities for their use to help bring souls unto Christ. The position is responsible for: successful completion of Annual Plan targets; the management of all real estate related activities; implementation of all approved real estate processes; and the training and leadership development of real estate staff.

Requirements

• Degree (MBA/graduate preferred) in Business, Finance, or Real Estate
• Proven ability to direct and perform real estate analysis, negotiations, and closings
• 10-15 years experience in real estate related activities
• Possess a technical knowledge of real estate 'best practices' and contracts associated with acquisitions, dispositions, and property use agreement activities
• Demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively with middle and high level management
• Organized and able to guide many different transactions and requests with competing priorities
• Pursue continuous improvement in business process and operating strategy while maintaining relationships with stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Work with, and manage a team of, real estate project managers and 3rd party providers to provide all property services throughout the area.
• Work with area management team and division team members to evaluate requests, determine and accomplish direction and targets, and report on status.
• Coordinate the logistics with area team members and HQ staff to move requests through the approval process required by presiding committees when needed
• Develop strategic initiatives and processes to implement department and division management models and guide KPI priorities
