About The Position
The Real Estate Manager will directly support management of Rivian's Non-Commercial portfolio including Office, Lab, Warehouse, and Manufacturing facilities. This role involves supporting the site selection process by coordinating market surveys, tours, and post-tour site analyses, as well as assisting with drafting, distribution, and review of proposals and lease documents. The manager will also create and interpret pro forma, cash flow, and NPV analyses, and provide project support by tracking and maintaining the inventory of project documents. Close coordination with internal project members including operations, design, construction, legal, and lease administration is essential. The role requires leading the gathering of meeting minutes, distributing and tracking deliverables, and effectively communicating updates to stakeholders. Additionally, the manager will coordinate consent and closeout of tenant improvements, support the creation and maintenance of process documents, and generate reports and presentations as required.
