As a key member of the North American Development team, the Real Estate Manager, Franchise Development will spearhead franchise development and new store growth in the Mid Atlantic US (Philadelphia, Washington DC, Baltimore, Pittsburgh) by partnering closely with franchisees. This partnership encompasses market planning, site sourcing and selection, design, building permitting, and construction guidance. Leveraging internal and external partners, including brokers, developers, brand planning and design teams, real estate, and operations, will maximize growth opportunities across multiple markets.
