The Real Estate Loan Processor II serves as the primary contact and service experience agent for Members who have applied for a real estate loan, providing timely status updates and assisting Members with understanding the processes, obtaining required documentation, and meeting underwriting requirements. The role includes responsibilities such as verifying that original regulatory and/or compliant loan disclosures have been sent to Members, applying team and department 'Best Practices', coordinating funding activities, ensuring all pre-document and loan conditions are satisfied prior to authorizing funding, and processing real estate loan applications in compliance with internal Lending Policies and Standard Operating Procedures. The Loan Processor is also responsible for maintaining communication with Members, reviewing incoming mail, and following up on third-party services.
