About The Position
Tired of spending your days driving buyers to 20 showings with no commitment? Ready to treat real estate like a business —working with investors who buy again and again? If so, this opportunity is for you. Showcase Realty is seeking a driven Investor-Focused Real Estate Agent who’s ready to build a high-volume, repeat-client portfolio. In this role, you’ll work directly with property investors, REO listings, and distressed assets—no more chasing one-off buyers. You’ll be coached and supported by Nancy Braun , one of the region’s top REO and investment brokers, with 8,000+ investment units sold . You’ll learn how to analyze deals, manage investor pipelines, and close multiple transactions with the same clients. If analyzing numbers excites you more than house tours, and you want a business model built on predictability and repeat income, this may be the perfect fit.
Requirements
- Real estate license (NC and/or SC)
- Interest or experience in the investor side of real estate
- Excel/spreadsheet skills (ability to work with ARV formulas & numbers)
- Comfortable speaking with investor buyers and institutions
- Motivated to build repeat income and grow long-term
- Coachable and eager to learn REO & foreclosure business
Responsibilities
- Work directly with active investors buying multiple properties per year
- Analyze deals using numbers, comps, and formulas such as ARV, ROI, and cap rate
- Present off-market and REO opportunities
- Become a trusted advisor to investor clients (not a tour guide)
- Build a repeat business, closing 10–20 properties per client per year
- Learn how to grow your own investment property portfolio along the way
