About The Position
The Real Estate Investment Officer will partner with the Regional Manager to execute a marketing plan aimed at sourcing core and core-plus loans. This role involves initial underwriting, credit analysis, and presenting new investment opportunities to the investment committee. The officer will be responsible for soliciting mortgage loans, negotiating and structuring investments, and maintaining relationships with correspondent mortgage bankers.
