About The Position
The Real Estate Investment Analyst at NAI Hiffman will evaluate and research real estate opportunities as part of the Capital Markets Team. This role involves performing research, valuations, and appraisals of capital markets opportunities, while interfacing with teammates and clients to deliver financial insights and underwriting for industrial and office assets. The position is designed for a proactive individual with a degree in finance or business, who is detail-oriented and eager to transition into a capital markets investment broker role after two to three years.
